€200m transformation of the monumental stadium 'De Kuip' into a 63,000 seat state-of-the-art stadium with heritage features and smart stadium solutions for a competitive players budget for professional football club Feyenoord Rotterdam and a unique fan experience

The stadium concept including an IT-campus for data analytics and innovation with a university, educational providers, tech companies and start-ups to create 24/7 utilisation of the venue, increased liveability in the precinct and extra job opportunities in the area.

Key objective for the stadium transformation is to develop an international showcase for sustainable economic stadium redevelopment

The modern stadium is an iconic landmark and driver for a major urban mixed-use redevelopment (€1,5m) with improved mobility solutions and attractive public spaces delivering socio-economic benefits. 

The project includes development of a unique stadium concept, strategic planning and preparation of a master plan including urban vision and design and business case for the redeveloped stadium.
